A refreshed, advanced-keyword-aware site for a high-growth software company.

Aptitude Technologies is a software development firm that specializes in providing outsourced talent for high growth software companies.

The old website was outdated, using a flat color scheme and cluttered layouts. Beyond the aesthetics, the website did not adequately communicate what the firm offers prospective customers.

Working with the client, we helped them update the color scheme, improve the website copy and refresh the layout.

BlankFactor

An updated LinkedIn and email marketing strategy for an IT services company looking to be sold.

Before it was acquired, BlankFactor was an IT services consulting firm that focused on payments, banking, and capital markets.

The company had a LinkedIn page with 8,000 followers and ads that mostly focused on recruiting.

Working with the client, we helped them update their LinkedIn Profile Page, redesign their LinkedIn advertising campaigns, boost landing page conversions and set up email drip campaigns designed to nurture leads.

As a result of the all the chages, 1) LinkedIn followers increased from 8K in March to 20K in six months, 2) Average daily organic search visitors increased from 55 per day to 86 per day, 3) Year-over-year search traffic increased an average of 63 percent each month and 4) BlankFactor received 25 new leads through the LinkedIn ad campaigns

Banyan Hills Technologies

A refreshed marketing strategy for this B2B SaaS platform aimed at remote device management.

We worked with Banyan Hills Technologies on almost every aspect of its marketing. The website was redesigned twice, once in 2019 and then again in 2022.

The site was built on Wordpress with a custom theme based on IBM's Carbon Design System. Thanks to our custom design and development, the site scored a 100 on Google's PageSpeed tool.

We also built a lead gen program based on content marketing that was recycled into social media posts and video. After leads were captured, we nurtured them with an email drip campaign and a monthly email newsletter built in Hubspot.

GameChanger

A brand-new, search-optimized site for a video game kiosk business.

GameChanger owns several dozen kiosks throughout the United States where video game enthusiasts can not only buy video games but they can also sell their old games to GameChanger.

We created an eCommerce website for them using Wordpress and WooCommerce, taking payments via Authorize.net.

In addition, we wrote custom code integrating with an API to allow website visitors to find out how much their old games are worth and then sell them back to GameChanger. If users want to sell, the website prints a special mailing label to track the transaction on the back end.

A brand-new, search-optimized site for an exciting artificial intelligence medical device startup.

We worked with this startup to build a brand new, custom-designed website that helps explain this advanced technology to casual visitors, including potential investors and journalists.

The site had to accomodate several different custom post types that required tricky rules for search and filtering. At the same time, we built the site so that the non-technical employees at this startup could manage it themselves after launch.
